About Me

Hello! My name is Joyce Todd. I am a creative professional. I have studied Graphic Design, Web Design, and Digital Media Production. With degrees in all except for Digital Media Production, which I will be finishing up this Spring.

I Love What I Do

I enjoy just about every creative project from scrapbooking to journaling to jewelery making to woodworking to photography to videography, to web and graphic design. Growing up with parents in opposite career spectrums, software engineering and artist/writer, I have learned to love both the creative and technological career fields.

Where I Work

Currently, I am working as the Administrative Assistant and Marketing Manager at Abts Computer Services in La Crosse, WI. It is my job to assist customers over the phone and in person to troubleshoot their computer/technological issues or direct their inquiry to one of our on-site technicians. As Marketing Manager, I do all of the print, web, and social media graphic design for the company. I manage the company's Wordpress website and even create websites for some of our clients.

Taking it further

I dive deeper into my creative side through my side business, Joy Graphics, where I do freelance Graphic Design, Web Design, and Photography for local clients, friends, and family. I hope to be a joy to others, through creating something they can enjoy!
